In December the “Winter Ducks” – Common Mergansers, Common Goldeneyes, and Buffleheads were seen In the Raritan Rive off of Donaldson Park and Johnson Park. They were about a month later compared to past years.

Just west of the John Lynch bridge is probably the best site in the Raritan River to observe these ducks.
